Enamelled round aluminum wire is one of the main types of electromagnetic wire. The bare wire composed of conductor and insulating layer 2 is annealed and softened, then it is repeatedly sprayed and baked. It is affected by the quality of raw materials, processing parameters, production equipment and environmental factors. Therefore, the quality characteristics of various enameled wires are different But they all have high temperature resistance, mechanical performance, electrical and chemical performance and excellent freezing resistance. They are suitable for refrigerating equipment working at 200 ºC for a long time, electrical equipment corroded by chemicals, dry-type transformer, oil immersed transformer, epoxy casting transformer and other mechanical and electrical equipment.

Soft aluminum flat wire of enameled flat wire complies with the provisions of GB5584.3-2009,when 20ºC,resistivity≤0.02801Ω.mm²/m.According to different insulation requirements,can choose thin film from 0.06 to 0.11mm or thick film from 0.12 to 0.17mm.The thickness of hot adhesive enameled flat wire self-adhesive layer is generally 0.03 to 0.06mm.Our company monitor the thickness with dielectric loss meter.
